I love seeing what people end up doing with the photography I do for them. I recently received a nice package of cd's in the mail from Karl of Joyful Noise Recordings for his band Lafcadio that I had photographed earlier in the year. Aaron Tanner of Melodic Virtue did an incredible job on the design, going for a vintage Sears catalog feel. Take a look!
The above photo contains one of my favorite images, I'm so glad it is being used. The wind in his hair...it's so...glamourous, so mesmerizing. I wish it were a video and the only thing moving would be his luxurious hair blowing in the warm summer breeze...I would play it all day, every day. I want to do a whole series of wind in hair/senior photo/glamour shots, so if anyone has amazing "wind in hair" potential, please email me. Make sure you write "Wind in Hair Potential" in the subject line.
Matt has been working hard on creating a new look for the site and blog for a while now, and hooray its up! He also switched us over to typepad for the blog for reasons only he knows. Unfortunately all of the nice comments people posted were lost in the process. booo!
I am sick as a dog right now and am about to pass out. I leave you with a picture of Bruno and his semi-new vintage chair.
Sausage likes paper bags, I once walked into the kitchen and she was sitting on the counter with a small paper lunch bag over her head. All it needed was a smiley face - hey that's a good idea for a photo shoot! But here she thinks she is being sneaky by hiding in a paper bag, planning her attack on the next victim that walks by...
"Yes I can still see you Sausage..."
Bruno is scheming of a way to eat the entire bag of newly purchased Better Than Ears that he saw me put in the pantry...
